 I had planned to travel over to the Yeosemite National Park to shoot with true Adams inspiration - My more sensible partner suggested paying over £1000 for flights in the pursuit of one photograph was a little excessive so I opted for my local coastline and I'm glad I did. Despite nearly being cut off by the incoming tide, losing my thermos to the waves and taking a battering in the high winds, I managed to capture some of my best pics to date ( still very much a novice though!)

I have selectively adjusted the levels on areas of the image, dodged, cropped and sharpened slightly.

Just down the road from me :o) Unfortunately this looks a like it needs to be straightened a bit and whilst I like the low perspective I think there are stronger compositions at this location. This is just MHO

Would have been so much better if this were level instead of sloping off to one side. Nice enough though.

I can't recall AA having a lot of shots beig way off level. I would defintely have straigtened this before submitting it.
