You need some white puffy clouds... This is a very nice shot that at least captures Adams' style of highlight and shadow. Nicely done.

I like it unfortunately the sky is dead, you would have needed a little could cover to fill up that dead space. Also, I don't know if it's my monitor but the sky also seems over prossesed, like too much contrast was added in post production.

Nice composition though,

Good shot, really like the combination of light and shadowed areas on the rock. I think there is a little more tonal range available for use here to just give the image a touch more drama. 7

Great shot. Some banding going on in the sky. Advanced editing should have fixed that.
