 I was out one very brisk January day (I think it was about -10 Fahrenheit) to take pictures of the extreme frost on the trees. I happened to stumble across an area I had forgotten about so it was like a new experience all over again, except this time I had my camera ready. The best shot of the day happened to be the second shot on the first 747.

Shooting through thick gloves and not being able to feel the shutter button is very difficult, but man did I have fun. Lost feeling in my toes, hands and face.

Shot at 70mm, no cropping, just a bunch of levels, curves, shadow/highlight, and a little heal to get rid of some dust on my lens.

No idea how well I am going to do since this is my first entry in a long time. (Missed the best of 2008 by an hour since I forgot about the time zone change). But what the heck I'll give it a shot.

too snap shot like to be appealing, pulling in tighter with the clouds, turbulence and not fence might be really appealing
