 Glasses were on a smooth-topped table with a window behind. Took two exposures, one with glasses in focus, one with background in focus through the glasses. Used Photoshop layers to merge in / out of focus frames; dodged some darker areas in the upper right; added a bit if vignette; desaturated a bit. Crop, resize, frame.
