I love the light, it is a beautiful image, though marred I think by something (sharpening artifacts?) around the edges of the bird, which makes it seem a bit muddy.

Stunning work. I get bored with most nature shots, but this one is really good and holds my attention. The warm colors are glorious.

It's a fairy tale swamp and the bird is magic, right? I like the colors. When the challenge is over you can clone out that tree in the middle.
