| Funny and creative title, I like it. Kind of like a pine tree's version of fireworks. Anyway, nice exposure, sharp details, and very creative use of DOF to blur (most of) the needles. I would give this extra brownie points if the background was pure sky vs trees. 8 |

| I like the way you composed this here; the leaves seem to be "projecting" out of the image (I mean it seems almost to be in motion!) I wish that the background were somehow darker though to provide more contrast with the green. Perhaps if shot in lower light. |
