Hello Kelli, sorry to take so long to get to you for my commenting but better late then never.
I like the eyes and the angle of the shot. I wonder if you processed this in B&W if it would have been more of a hit with the voters?
There is a definite snap shot feel to this photo and I wonder if that was your intention?

Cute kid, but it seems like more of a snapshot than a portrait. Maybe if you'd processed this in black and white it might have had more power. |
