 Someoner spilled something near where I'd parked. I liked the interplay of the straight and crooked lines, black and white, dull and shiny.

Excellent processing to bring out the color and contrast. This is so simple and yet fascinating.

It appears to be a liquid snake, with an eye and a frown near the right edge as its leaving the frame. I like the edit - nice quality to the liquid - but I actually prefer the inverse version.

I like the blue/yellow curve you have put through this Paul. It brings out the truer colour of the oil in the water and highlights the spill better against the darker bitumen.
