Having taken some shots in a cave and realizing the light that you have to use (mostly flash and easiest to use the on board flash) I understand how hard it is to get a good shot.

A good detailed photograph and great focus but not the most appealing to look at
Maybe thats a bit unfair to say that as I expect they are amazing |

| It looks as if that center column/focal point is out of focus. An interesting take on the challenge. |

| I gave this a five for effort. It looks like you went out of your way to find something new to shoot. I don't love the shot but technically there's not a lot to complain about. Perhaps tighter framing on the central formation? The flash created quite a few overly hot highlights. The focus seems sharper onthat little turd shaped thing underneath the central formation. |

| Cool subject, but odd lighting. Also, I think a much tighter crop could be more interesting. |

| looks like slimey body parts.....haha.....these caves are very interesting, and hard to photograph too. I went into one in the NC mountains last year.... |

| At first I could not figure out what this was. Looks pretty disgusting at first LOL. Glad you explained it in the title. I like how the sun(?) is shining on the left part of the image. |
