Had great fun with this challenge. A self portrait of my expression every time I hit the DPC score update button.

The usual curves, levels, sharpen and resize for web. Plus a little extra local area tweaks because it's advanced editing.

Fingers crossed

Arrrrrrggggh fatal error, I am red green colour blind! No seriously, I am. I only realised that I had overdone the red in the skin tones by the many comments. Even now I can't see it. Arrrrrgh! I am mad that I didn't get someone to check before posting as I had the same problem in the transparency challenge. I'll stick to black and white in future!

Oh man! I bet each comment about the skin must have been such a bummer! Oh well, a 6.78 for a color blind dude ain't too shabby! : ) Very well set up and good idea. Congrats on fourth (bittersweet, I know).

100% Stock. Nuff said except the light fried buddies hand. Oh well, you only get an 8. ;-)

LOL

His skin is a bit pink on my monitor. :~)

Love the pose and expression, but the saturation seems a bit much. His eyebrows and upper lip are glowing pink

Probably exactly what the challenge called for. I just think it's slightly over sharpened: 9

LOL! GREAT SHOT, love the hair, but the hand on the righthand side looks a bit blown out

Love the photo...why is there so much pink on his face and hand though? Otherwise great idea.

Nice idea, I'm not too fond of the pinkinsh color in his skin. Good focus and comp, 6.

Excellent stock potential with the exception of the Dell logo. Well taken, sharp, and interesting. 8

This is a really good idea! now, you have probably heard this from many others, but there are some issues with the skin tones in the pic, the man's face has some out of place pink areas and the skin tones his hand by his face are not matching his face, and the hand touching his face is overexposed... BUT I still think it is a really good idea!

Funny! Great lighting!

Perfect set up, expression, etc. The skin tones are off though (red around the eyebrows, mouth) and detracts from the overall.

Well lit, nice contrast. Well balanced highs. Great, expressive model. There's little, if anything, wrong here. well done. 8

Love the concept. I like the tones (although his skin comes up a little red on my monitor). Well done

I like this shot, although it looks like you boosted the magenta saturation for the tie and it carried over to the face and hand. This was an advanced editing challenge so you could have fixed that.

LOL!!!! Only because the lighting is way too blown out in the upper right quadrant am I not giving this a 10.

There's some really ODD pink stuff going on at the hairline, the eyebrows and the area between the mouth and nose on my monitor. I really like the idea of this... and it's well lit and believable... except for that pink stuff.

Awesome photo! However, I'm displeased that your insinuating that a Dell XPS (identical to mine) would have a fatal error. Pffff!
