Ah, that bit of red is the perfect spark for this. Great composition, and it looks COLD...

I think I prefer the BW.

I like the B&W version, but this one just seems more grand, and I like the crop a bit better. The sloping line works great to lead to the barn the and the deep blue vignette is just perfect.

WOW, this one is great so far in your series. I really like the minimal colors here. Snow is not as much over exposed for my taste. Amazing capture.

OK, the B & W was nice, but this color version is so cool looking. The barn really pops and the sky really adds to it overall. Well done!

Definitely colour, no question!!! Was that a filter or did you manipulate it in post?
Nice!

PAW - I'm going back and forth between these two. I think I like this better. I like the contrast between the barn's warm red and the cold colors of the rest of the shot. The blue in the sky does look a bit unnatural, but enhances the shot well. The B&W makes it look more stark and thus cold and raw. The tree line stands out on the color one more with the bare trunks against the green leaves or darker trunks if they aren't evergreens. I very much like the slope of the hill.

I'll vote for the color version as well. I love the red barn standing out against the white, snowy landscape.

I like this one better - sky is more dramatic and the red barn is a nice focal point

This is just outstanding. The bleak wintry day and the little POP of red and hint of blue sky really is wonderful. It's stunning.

I don't know! I like this one alot, but I sure love the sepia one. Know what I would do? I'd lay this one on top of the sepia and desaturate the layer so you could just baaaaarely see it. Then you'd have just a tiny hint of color. But both of them are FANATASIC!!!

I prefer this shot. The blue tones add mood, and the sky is not blown out as it was in the other version.

Definitely go with this one rather than the BW version. The blues and the red in this one really draw me in and have me wanting to invent a story about this place.
