 Who knows what this will do. I thought, if anything, there were some good visual metaphors here: the looming, teasing perspective, its location on a dilapidated building, the multiple suggestions that the whole thing is out of reach. This was erected for passing highway traffic, but it sits on the fringes of uptown Pittsburgh -- not an affluent area, and actually I had to stand on the grounds of the county jail to get this shot.

This should've scored WAAAAY higher, IMO. It's a really nice shot, and personally, captures the theme better than 10 or 15 images above it. My 2 cents. I feel you were robbed.
