Composition: I like the centered comp. Not too fond of the extra space around him.
Lighting/Exposure: Spot on.
Pose: You have a little head tilt here, which is good. I don't like that the shoulders are rounded.
Suggestions for Improvements: With a headshot like this, I would have him hook one of his thumbs into a beltloop or put one hand on a hip to make his shoulders come more alive. I would also crop out some of the unnecessary space around him top and bottom.
He looks so much like a cowboy that has seen too many cattle get away. This is a lovely representation. |

Hitchcock in a cowboy hat! I love this photo. Black and white (my favorite) and the character in the face is incredible. Lighting is perfect. |
