 Taken in Mexico City near the center of the city! This dude was playing music for quite a while without anyone paying him with which he was really annoyed!

Nothing special about the setup as such! Hope i can avoid coming "LAST" in this challenge as i did last time!

Editing: Just cropped it in Picasa, nothing much.
