You did a nice job of capturing the mist rising from the water, and good detail in the geese. Many times a photographer will try to single out a bird or two - I kind of like how you've included the group. The geese at rest with their heads buried add to the feel of cold and stillness. Including the small section of snow bank does a nice job of adding context and scale (some may have been tempted to eliminate that from the composition.
