| I dont think the lighting could be more perfect! This is an absolutely FABULOUS shot, much more interesting than the fireworks themselves...they're only fun for so long, this is timeless, instant favorite :D |

BRILLIANT! And I am SO proud of the dpc voters for justly rewarding a photo that "thought out of the box". Usually, out-of-the-box thinking gets punished dearly in challenges. Woo hoo. We are evolving :) This is AMAZING! Something about it reminds me of one of those old Post Magazine covers. Congratulations on your award for such a great photo.

| Congratulations on the ribbon. I really liked this, but didn't know how it would do since it could've been interpreted as DNMC. Take out the low DNMC votes, and this probably would've been the blue ribbon. |

| There's 2 kinds of photography. Images that are capturing a moment in time that will never come again and those images that are created over and over so as to solicit a response. I call the second category photo acting because it can be recreated over and over. |
