Personally, I think that implied nudity is more alluring than actual nudity. Don't get me wrong, some of the nude images here are amazing!! But I really like the ones that hint... they leave a bit more to the imagination :P

PP was a long and arduous process. If you wish, I will divulge. Otherwise... LOL!!

Hope you enjoy and I look forward to suggestions!

Light was like this:

One umbrella light 5ft up and just behind me. (I was kneeling on the floor) One umbrella just behind the camera and to the right. One spotlight on the bg lower than the fill angled upward and away so the light would fall off.

I love your lighting. The model's smouldering eyes are undoubtedly the sexual focus as well as the compositional focus.

I love tones in this image, great pose. Soft focus is excellent and demonstrated well. I get sense of challenge from those eyes. Great look, well done.

Gorgeous in every way -- the lighting, the tones, and the model :-)

Beautiful lighting and tones. This is really beautiful. I agree about the nudity thing, although if done more as a "life drawing" type pose, it can be stunning.

Nice work. I agree about the implications. Ive shot both playboy style and implied and I really prefer the tantalization of implying things. I like the short lighting and how it defines your face with the shadows on the viewers left (your right). Only nit pick, I might diffuse the hair light a bit more. Beautiful shot.

Nicely done. And I completely agree about the implied nudity. Often much sexier!

I agree that at times implied nudity is even sexier. I like her pose and the lighting works for me. Though the image seems a tad soft to me...

Very sultry eyes Jo. Really outstanding work. The softness of the light and the gentle touch of smoothness and softness in the focus really provides a warmth to this one. An excellent start.

Personally I agree, implied is far more intriguing and sexy imho

I really like the lighting in this, and your look and expression is great.

This is terrific. Your collar says "sex", but your look is screaming it. Your composition is great as the BG light falloff and the angle of your head and neck create this diagonal line across the image that pleases the eye.

My only suggestion is that a nice sparkling earing could help. One that compliments the collar.

Great photo - Its the eyes that make it for me - they come across far more smoldering than the implied nudity.

I tend to agree with you, I also think some of the more subtly lit shots (low key, etc.) tend to be quite alluring as well. This is a great shot nonetheless. I love the sepia, gives it a bit of extra class, as well.

I like your lighting a lot, but I feel you didn't need to go through such an intense editing process. This may have been a stronger portrait in black and white as the sepia doesn't seem like it fits the subject to me. Overall though this is lovely

beautiful lighting jojo, its a beautiful profile of you. The toning is nice and subdued, so its there, but not overpowering the image. gerat work, cant wait to do the whole month with you again, its always such fun!

Very nice and subtle shot. I love the lighting. This is something I struggle with a lot now. Very nice photo.

Too funny! When you signed-up I thought "dang - should have done this last month - she may have posted another Christmas shot..." :-)

I like this - classy yet fun feel. I'll be working on lighting a lot this month.

Hints are good and also IMO better than 'the full monty'. I don't mind the soft focus in this image and you certainly do give an alluring impression :)
