Snugged. All the boxing in reverberates creating quite an energy, partially alleviated by the textures. And there is a cow who knows more than we think. Your notes speak well of how real things happen. |

Big Don! I thought I commented on this one. As you probably know, I'm a sucker for high contrast B&W. This is one of those images that's hard to stop looking at. |

Such a startling sight, snugged in alongside all this savage geometry. There even appears (as your title suggests) to be a cutout for the nose. Many will be sentimental about this, but the animal is in quite good condition; just cold. It's a good and unusual photograph. |

For some reason this almost hurts my heart. The poor thing looks old and tired. As a photograph, this rocks. Horizontals, verticals, spaces, not, and the foreground of snow leading up to it all. |
