Very nice shot. Looks like he made a speedy recovery from the Bozo fiasco. |

I love taking shots of my kids, an I work to make my snapshots look a little less like snapshots. This is a wonderful portrait. |

Great selective focus. I was never able to obtain that. :~) Glad my 'baby went to a good home. |

The quality adds to the pic, as Ubique stated it has a nice film b&w feel to it. I love how his eye is the only thing sharp and everything else just smooths out of focus. Where are the other 899 shots? |

This boy photographs well, don't he? I don't mind the parsimonious file quality setting ... there are a great many photographs that would be much improved by a little less fidelity. This one has a lovely B&W film look done this way. Kinda arty, Art.
Julianne's right ... this is a very fine use of a LB for portraiture, especially at F/2.0 ... it's the kind of sympathetic touch usually seen from rkt (and she's been known to embrace a little less fidelity as well). |

Well, I eat my words. You have proved that Lensbaby is great for people. (This must be your little artist.) This is a marvelous capture. I can see those eyes sucking up information and directing it straight to the processing center. |
