 You need some equipment for this.

Recipe:
- Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds.
- Make balls of the flesh, put them in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of (orange) liquor. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Get the remaining flesh out of the melon and make a puree of it. Add 3 tablespoons of (dry) white whine to it. Mix it and put it also in the fridge for at least an hour.
- When done: put the balls and the mix into 4 glasses.

Now here you handled the reflections superbly! Enough reflection to give the glass shape and depth, but not overwhelming or distracting. And the detail in the melon rind is excellent. Very nice work with the lighting here!

Sounds like another 'healthy' dish. Pity I don't like melon. Might have to try this with just the orange liquor.

MAN .. i need to eat some of that NOW .. !!!
your food photography is amazing .. my mouth is watering .. thank goodness i have some paw paw which i think in america they call papaya, in the fridge ... when i walk out'v the house in less than 5 minutes i'm going to grab a spoonful .. it has now become a necessity after looking at this fantastic photograph .. :)
