This is so beautifully regional...I don't have scenes like this here in Tennessee...that's what is so nice about websites like this...the interaction of people from all over. That being said...I really like this, so quiet and simple.

I just returned from vacation from a self-important ski town. Many art galleries there, with lots of photos. So many were similar shots of the landscape. Or shots of the wildlife that seemed to repeat itself from photographer to photographer. Lots of good stuff to be sure, But very little with real impact. For me, this compilation has impact. Very nice work.

I think the lighting really makes this shot and the blur adds a mysterious mood to the shot. The blur almost makes the other cross appear to be a reflection of the other. Well done.

I very much like this photograph. The underlying image is very, very good and will outlast the fashionable fad for texture layers. The light is glorious and the selective focus is beautifully judged.
(Of course, I suppose selective focus is a fashionable fad too, but it can't be a 'bad' one because I do it.)
