It's pretty obvious to me that this is a painting on the wall, however the fact that the painting is the bulk of the image could get it DQ'd. It'll be a tough call.

Probably the best looking image in this challenge, but I think it's out of the box a little bit too much. Still... I'm back to raise my score to 9

I thought it was real for a second. Great background picture. Nice setup of glasses, and I really like the little basket.

2 - Controversy about the artwork rule aside, I like this idea, but this Challenge (my interpretation anyway) being all about transparency, I'd like to have seen you 'use' the transparency through the liquids (or even the glass) more than you have - whether via a different angle, etc., e.g.: the effect coming through the middle glass with the wagon wheel looks good, but it is such a small part of the image.

The bulk of this image apperas to be a painting and we can hardly see anything through the glasses so for me it isn't really working for this challenge.
