OHMy!! I love photos like this. The fog is so dramatic. I can almost hear the winter wind on the prairie there -- and how warm and cozy it feels inside :) I do agree with C-Stein. This looks like a ribbon-winner to me!

I really like this shot, but I think the dark line on the bottom pulls the eye away from the subject. Did you try cropping it out? It would mean cutting down on the sky a bit, too, but over all, I think it'd work better.

I was really hoping to see a fog photo. I meant to get up early and get a shot of my own, but it's so hard to get out of a warm bed in the wee winter hours! I admire your motivation, heh.
