 The photo was taken through a store window in a shopping mall. I used ISO 400 without flash. With Photoshop, I adjusted the level, brightness and contrast and also adjusted the hue/saturation. I also used Neat Image to remove as much noise as possible.

Not a bad idea. You could have used a lower ISO and a lower shutter speed, and slightly less exposure overall to bring out the details.

Congrats on your brown ribbon! I realize this was not an intentional brown effort, but there is some bizarre pride in last place. You can feel part of a special club now. Here's my brownie.

White balance needs work. Looks too yellow overall.

There's a lot of high ISO noise, or grainy artifacts of some kind showing here, and hurting the detail. Not sure what to suggest. This was clearly a shot of opportunity and I don't know what else could have been done for it, other than some noise removal in post processing.

alot is hurting this shot, lighting is poor causing alot of noise in the recovery and it has a distinct yeloowness in the color /4
