 I made this from 8 different shots, all 8 shot the same way on a tripod with the same 50mm lens on my Olympus 3.
I learned this technique from a Behind the Camera Episode on Gallery HD. Moving the flash on each shot to a different part of the bike and then only using that section for this final shot. To get this in one shot can't be done.

I hope this does well it is my first attempt at this and i think I like it. After layering the image and then flattening it I did contrast and then a little burn on the back and foreground. re sized with Photo Shop and saved at 9 quality.

Shot on the 14th I couldn't add it to the "All I want for Christmas" challenge. Oh well I hope it does well here.

I'm a biker so the subject appeals to me. You've done a great job showing off the detail of the bike to best advantage. You've chosen a background that doesn't distract. May not appeal to the masses, but I like it.
