I knew that I wanted to enter Personification, but I was totally stumped for ideas leading up to submission time.
A few hours before submission, I walked past my end table next to the couch, and noticed my son's pacifier on it, making a kind of smiley face. Aha!
Editting is extremely basic..
In Lightroom: Slight crop, temp and colour adjustments, sharpening, export
In GIMP: Resize, UM, Save for Web

As of December 22nd, the score is around 5.2. I've definitely overestimated the appeal of this photograph. It was a last minute idea, but I thought that it had turned out well and was hoping for at least in the high 5's. Looks like it's not to be! |
