 One more with the similar setup as my "Star" entry. Not very happy with the end result. I found it very hard to get the pleasing bokeh, I tried for couple hours and I ran out of my patience. Hoping this to score higher than my average.

Greetings from the Critique Club...

I was not able to vote on this challenge, but if I had, I probably would have given you a 6 or 7.

My first impression is that the bokeh rocks! The fact that you have bokeh in the foreground and background is no small feat. The colours are great, and the relfections on the table are a nice added bonus. I am a little surprised that it did not score over 6. I do think that the ornament could use some improvement, so that is perhaps what held this photo back from being a top 20 shot. The ornament is a little dark overall. Having it lit a little brighter, or replacing it with a lighter coloured bulb would have made this a fantastic image. Keep up the good work.

The reflex on the table is really cool! There is a orange light there, i really like it! It's all right! The colors, the object and the bokeh are cool for me, i just don't like the theme, because i think it was too obvious that would be a lot of christmas themes in this challenge, and it doesn't sound really creative for me. But this is just a detail, i like your shot and it is not my intention to be rude, just giving my opinion! Good luck!

Pretty, the reflected lights are nice. I might have left the hook off the ornament, it really doesn't add anything to the photo.

The very cheerful and colourful bokeh, spread evenly throughout the photograph, gives a feeling of celebration and wonder. The tilt lends just the right level of dynamism.
