 the herald angels sing

This is Yoda, one of my rescued 'outside' kitties. These are some of my favs of him as a baby:

... and more recently

I've been trying my best to keep him inside and inactive for the past several weeks, since he severely injured the ligaments in his left knee (not even the vet could figure out how he might have managed it). The goal is with lots of rest and a bit of anti-inflammatory medication the injury will slowly heal, and he won't require a very invasive (and expensive) surgery to put in plastic strings to replace the ligaments. Keep your fingers crossed for Yoda!

I hope Yoda's ligaments are healing up nicely, & soon he will be back out in the sunshine taking care of the neighborhood. He is very handsome & this is an excellent portrait.

You outdo yourself sometimes. I can reach out and feel the softness of that fur. Like the bit of star in the eye, too. Yoda is a beautiful cat.

Looks like that kitty is singing. Oh... I guess the title says it doesn't it? fabulous. I like the border a lot. The hint of softness is perfect for the angelic reference.

colleen this is the most excellent cat photograph .. love the pose and really love the soft process and the sepia tones .. the border works so well too .. gorgeous .. !!..
so cool with your title too .. when i look at the cat and think of the song its just like he's singing it .. WOW .. !!:)
