Having so many different bright colors in the bridge and along the streets makes for a lot of competition with the sky. For me, the clash makes this harder to look at. However, the reflected tones in that expanse of water are very nice.

seems to be out of focus, might be blur from the long exposure...no tripod?

This is a very cool pic, the colors are great. I don't think it's particularly sharp though, and the horizon line is a little too close to center for me.
