 The background is new construction on land fill where a bustling waterfront used to be in Jersey City, NJ. The foreground is what's left of Hoboken, NJ, piers. Photo taken from the New Jersey Transit terminal (formerly the Erie-Lackawanna RR) at 8:30 am.

I find that there is not much in this pic to keep my attention. Also, I find the title confusing because I can't see any new construction (or is it just me?).
