 that's my hand you can see reflected on it's pronotum ..(i'm not some expert, i googled to find out the anatomy of a ladybird) .. & i dont usually take photographs with my left arm in the air!!!. i did it so i could get the reflection .. :)
i was going to try for something a bit different with the hand, like 'the finger' possibly, but another extremely small insect came along which was more photogenic .. :)

That zoom is CRAZY! I think ladybugs are SO beautiful. I like the added touch of your hand. That's just cool :)
