 Some of my babies. Guild CV-1 and a Godin Solidac with dual outputs. The outtakes show a friends guitar (Jackson). All shot under stage lights at my church on top of a blanket.

I just upgraded to Photoshop CS4 (from CS1) - big difference! So editing took me a while.

Edits- levels, color balance, crop, rotate, levels, adjust color balance again, add border, resize.

This was a fun shoot. This is the first time I ever hard a hard time deciding which take to use, and after that, which crop to use. Main choices were between the one I posted and this (color and b&w for both)...

interesting take on the challenge, I like the wobbely reflection I dont know if it would have been possible bit I wish part of the guitar (not the reflection) was in tight focus as well.

There is a very large part of the composition which isn't in focus but not enough blurred to be non-distracting either. The straight lines don't seem to take a central part in this picture - you could have focused on the strings more strongly.

Curious and nice perspective! The light on the middle of the guitar distracts me a little bit, but i like this shot!

Interesting shot, but feels a bit "off-balance" to me, crowded to the right.
