Very nice - I'm not usually a fan of heavy dark borders, but this works well, makes the bright center jump out just that much more.

Textures and colors really make this composition visually interesting. It holds the eyes' attention such that we linger to explore the textural feel of every corner of this image. The splash of red from the two flowers adds bold color to an otherwise starkly contrasted scene.
