Kind of like the picture of misdriven nails. I like the lighting and the wood in this. Also the dark space in the lower right corner provides good balance.

| Nice image, and well focused, but the strong shadow on the right side really detracts quite badly. There are several things you could try: wait for your shot until the sun is positioned well, crop the shot to eliminate the right half, shoot with a muted fill flash, or use a large piece of white cardboard or other white material to reflect some light onto the dark part of the subject. |

| The left of the wood seems a little bit overexposed. Too much focus I think is on the wood rather than the nails. |

| Maybe a different time of day would have evened out the shadows making this a more interesting photo. The top and side have some great detail but the bottom and to the right is pretty much lost. |
