Wonderful nature shot. Good detail and isolation of the background. Probably would have done a bit better with more contrast as the people here really love pop. |

I think the score you got was a little too low. I did give it a 6. If the face was a little more in focus I probably would have given this a higher score. I loved the look, the background, and the buck teeth lol. |

Ahh, the beauty of Montana. I was there once in a little town called Grass Range. Actually Katherine, I think the composition here is very nice. I think the soft focus is holding it back. I know that gets difficult sometimes when the subject is approaching quicker than expected. |

Ol' Buck had never been the brightest bulb in the socket. Growing up he'd always been just a little behind the other kids. The last to learn how to stand, the last to climb the treacherous cliff face, the last to grow his horns.
To compound matters, he was born with an unfortunate pair of oversized front teeth, which, incidentally, is how he got his name.
No, Buck was kind of simple, and was teased a lot, but Buck had something none of the other Rams did. He had Sheila. Sheila was his girl, and she loved him for who he was, not for what he looked like, or how he sounded, or if he could win any battles in the rutting season.
And for that reason, Buck walked proud, holding his head up high and if he heard the snickers behind his back every time Sheila gave him a kiss and he blushed and said, "Aw, Gwarsh", well, he gave no sign that he had. |

Nice dof, the subject stands out against the background, but I think he could be a bit sharper. I do like the way the light is from behind. |

I love his little teeth peeking out... I wish his eyes were more sharply focused (even in PP), but that bokeh and background is perfectly wonderful! (not voting yet) |
