I'm not the first to do this curled paper thing and surely won't be the last - but it is something I always wanted to try. And it was fun!

Post: No outtake from the "Heart" challenge.
And please stop complaining about how often a subject has ben done, it's just a matter of how it has ben done. There are images of an owl and a bald eagle on the front page again for the hundredth time (no offense, Peter), yet noone complains.

AMEN!

Hallelujah! Give this man a cigar!

I'm planning the ultimate DPC shot. A water droplet, paper, glass macro of a frog with big round yellow eyes eating an insect, a very colourful insect.

Very pleasant color palette and something that could adorn the walls at any paint store or office supply.

Looks great but was maybe looking for something else in the masters. This is more of a texture/stock image to me but well executed and good color choices. 7

It looks like a "Heart" outtake. Very nicely laid out with the varied pastel lighting.

I'm a little sick of paper shots, but maybe I should give it a try. This really does look fantastic & I'm thoroughly impressed with how you managed the color expression. The palette of colors is really appealing and the lighting is spot on... -- 9 --

Well, it's well done, but which takes more skill, setting up the paper (which we've seen lots of times) or taking the shot? I just can't get excited. Perhaps it's a curved paper overdose. 6
