There are one or two white specks on the original image (light reflections)which I would have removed in the finished submission had this been advanced editing rules

Your title would be more compelling if we saw someone foolishly climbing this perilous looking ladder. However, I am not going to judge the title, that is easily changed. I really like the composition and point of view of this picture, the lighting, depth of field, colors, and especially the patterns in the water/mud are all excellent. What keeps this from being an outstanding picture for me is that the ladder takes the eye to one of the most uninteresting parts of the photo.

I like the mind-games this image plays... It's great when you see a picture that rewards second glances. I might suggest keeping more of those wooden posts in the frame as they add interest to me.
