Really good eye...most folks wouldn't see that kind of detail in rust, of all things!

Cartographer with a great sense of light and color. I assume that is prime meridean so boldly rendered.

Great job. A 9, but only in comparison to some of the other pictures I have already rated. This should end up in upper 10%.

Perhaps this is a map of a micro-world with oceans and continents...Then again maybe it's just an old door. Good shot.

Interesting, looks abstract. At first I thought it was a map.

Excellent seeing on this one. Mercator would be proud of you!

Interesting. Creative. oh-oh, watch out for that major fault line, could spell disaster, heh-heh :-D

Good image but the focus is not so good ...

Good concept in title and great colors, but it seems a bit too bright and that takes from the richness of the blue. But that is just one man's $.02. Stong work!

Nice seeing - it does look like a map! Great colors. If your "continents" allowed it - it would be stronger if that large vertical line were not dead center. Still a great catch and a catchy title.

how interesting to have two entries that found "maps" in the rust...well presented image that meets challenge

Interesting shot, in that in the thumbnail it did remind me of a globe or map (your title is fitting). It looks like it is a little out of focus, though.

Good analogy.

nice color and interpretation

I like the title.

Looks like the image could be a bit sharper, and there aren't enough points of interest to create the "gotcha" effect.

The title really adds a lot. Had to look twice to see what it really was.
