Seems a snapshot, though it also makes for some decent street photography. The backlit smoke and the texture of the wall are interesting patterns in this. The tilt is not quite enough to seem an intentional effort. It probably could use either straightening or a stronger, more intentional tilt.

I really like this... I just wish the left part was cropped out to get rid of the random buildings and blown out sky.

I'm not sure I have a good suggestion to make this shot better, maybe a lower angle shooting up ... the bright kit kat sign gets way too much of my attention. You did quite well with the lighting

Nice photo. but my eyes keep getting drawn to that red sign in the background. In my opinion it feels like its leaning to the left, once again drawing my eyes away from the subject.

The stores in the back ground are too distracting. Would have been a neat photo minus the stores.
