 Used the window lighting. Took a tall glass vase, filled the bottom of vase with multi-colored beads, placed a cokin prism filter on top, then place a marble with lumps on it in the center of the filter. Then simply took a close up. Didn't do much in the way of advanced editing.

Shot in raw and did some tweaking in raw conversion,
levels,
selective color
saturation
usm
noise ninja
curves
resized
smart sharpen
saved for web

Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments and taking the time to guess. This was a lot of fun. I enjoyed everyone's photos.
