This B&W lacks some contrast between the hands and the shirt. Perhaps a slight toning (browns) would give it a more "western" feel

A little flat and lacking in contrast, does the shirt mean something relative to the heart....perhaps missing that.

I'd like to see this in color. Perhaps also having the hands a little further from the tshirt so that they frame the band's name or something, right now it's a little hard to tell what's going on.

Sorry to say but for me this is not a very attractive picture. the composition does not show a lot of thought.
