 Spritzed some water on an apple, set it on some red paper, placed it by the window and shot. I held up a white piece of paper for a makeshift reflector.

POST CHALLENGE:
Thanks for the comments and votes! A top ten! I definitely took lots of inspiration from shots seen here. The water droplets do add a nice feel, and now that I have a macro lens, I can actually photograph them sharp! Also, I've learned so much here... A year ago I would've never set this up right next to my window for my lighting. I'm gonna use that window a lot now!

That looks great, your eye just rolls around the photo looking at each drop let of water. Very cool.

this is a great shot...but...if you would have used a blue/red..it would have really popped....the back ground color is just off a bit...but overall a good shot

Great close shot. I think it would be better had you used a white backdrop instead of a red one. It wouldve made for more of a BAM!!
