 This was taken on my way to school (Technion - I.I.T), there's a construction site on the way, these bars were hanging in the air, so I took some shots.

Fine-tuning: NeatImage, Levels, Cropping, USM, border.

Interesting shot...not sure about the asymmetrical appearance, but color, focus, and lighting are good.

The DOF is very interesting on this - it really becomes something of an optical illusion. I enjoy the texture of the rebar compared to the flat color of the sky. The composition is not terribly interesting to me, but your technique is very good.

A very striking abstract against the sky. A little bit of flash fill would have brought out more color in the nearer bars.

This is nearly a silhouette, but the shapes are not that interesting.

I really like how the rusty bars stand out on this! Good choice of DOF. Could have been a little better with more subject matter IMO. Still a great shot!

i like this composition. the sky background is very nice. did you have flash on? if not, try it in bright light, it can help remove unwanted shadowing, bringing out more detail.
