Seattle, Columbia Tower.

Perched on a hill, the 76 story tower sways in the wind. It sways enough that water in glasses at the top floor restaurant will slosh over the rim in high winds. and the cafeteria in the basement sells more dramamine than any other location in Seattle - True.
