The single artifical light source is a maglite torch with some opaque blue wrapping paper taped to the end. (Such a classy setup.)

I'm not normally a fan of this type of DOF, but it works realy well in this well lit photo. I really like the blue tint as well. 10 - Konador

The contrast between the in-focus and out of focus objects gives this picture its dramatic tension. Like it.

Very sharp center/front. Were the words supposed to do/mean anything for this shot? (Title reference to your score??? that was supposed to be funny)

Not bad, I would have preferred the foreground screws to be in focus

mm that gets me thinking, wonder how a pure bed of nails would look... hmmmm!! i like the angle but a tad out of focus and might be better if there was less/no backdrop,5

I love the coloring of the shot and the dark bg. Great use of lighting. The words on the paper bug me some. Cool DOF. ~indigo997

For ground being out of focus is a little disturbing.

Too much of shot out of focus. Good idea.

Does it add to the image that it is tilted? I don't know.

Great DOF.... 7

Neat idea. The focus seems to be off to me, it seems to only be focused on a couple of screws in the "middle." The foreground and background are both blurry... was this planned? I'm also not entirely sure how I feel about the tilt in this photo... - JB
