Compositionally, you have chosen a very strong position for the subject of your shot. The lower right third makes it feel balanced. Also, because the swan is swimming "into" the frame, it gives it a spacious, roomy feeling.
Technically, the swan seems a bit "soft," though it may be well-focused, but just is too small to see. It seems a bit "flat," and this may be able to be corrected, if you wanted, with a levels adjustment, or even a touch of contrast adjustment. I think a lower, more direct on perspective would have also added to the overall shot. The angle it is shot from feels "typical," and really doesn't compel the viewer to stay and look at the shot loong.
The biggest detriment to your score, I think, is that it really doesn't say "blue." More of a steel-gray if a color had to be assigned. And though, it is "small," proportionally in the picture, the swam gives it a warm appearance due to the sun on the back feathers. Also, the water itself detracts from the swan. There is no contrast to differentiate between the textures of the water and the bird.
Hope this helps, and if you have any questions or comments about what i've said, please feel free to contact me.
The swan seems too small in the frame to have any impact with me. Perhaps if the water were still instead of rippled, it might stand out at this distance, but the way it is, it is lost in the background. I'll bet closer up, there is some wonderful detail to be seen.
