I am going to pretend that the title has some dark, hidden well thought out meaning and it was meant to intrigue you all.

In reality, I just posted the shot and couldn't think of title at that point, so was going to go back and name it. Then I totally forgot. I am a dimwit!

Beautiful image... I'm curious what the title means? It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland (painting the roses red).

All that gray bothers me. I'd like to see more of a white, or something, to make the red splash more overpowering. Love the compo. 7
