 Quick shot while making dinner. It was very tasty, hope it looks that way here.

Added the recipe:

Paella with chicken and gamba's

Ingredients (4 persons)

yellow rice (325 gr)
2 onions
1 red pepper
200 gr. chorizo
200 gr. chicken breast
4 spoons olive oil
200 gr frozen green peas
200 gr. cooked gambas

Boil rice.
Peal the onion and make very small pieces of it.
Wash the red pepper and cut it in small pieces.
Cut the chorizo and chicken in small pieces.
Bake the chicken about 5 minutes, get it out of the pan,
use some salt and pepper and keep it warm.
Bake the onion, chorizo and red pepper for 5 minutes.
Add the peas an rice and bake it 5 more minutes.
Add chicken and gambas and make the whole warm.

Nice with a tomato salad.

YUM, I love paella (except when I make I leave out the peas, I hate peas) :)

Ok where are you, I'm coming over for dinner and I'm very HUNGRY. BTW, those shrimp look cooked to perfection. How about sharing this recipe. Hint hint
