 A friend of mine joined me when I went to this place. We arrived and the sun was already down. So it was pretty dark. We started in the front of the house and then made our way to the back of the house.(this is the back). When I was finished shooting the back I said ok lets go. So My friend went around one side and I went around the other. I stopped and took some more pics and my friend made his way back to the car only to be met by the police. She asked him what he was doing there and he said we were taking pics. She said " How can you take pics without a camera?" She then said "let me see some ID" So she ran his ID while I was still taking pics. My friend said well he's taking the pics. She said "who?"
She couldn't see me it was so dark. So I finally stopped and made my way to the police car. She said "Isn't it kind of dark to take pics?" I had to show her that I had in fact taken some pics. She was amazed that the pics looked like they were taken in broad daylight.

Apparently the owners have asked the police to keep an eye on this place. It has been raped of all its floorboards and other features. So the police woman thought we, or at least my friend, were taking more out of this place.

The colors really make this shot for me. The lighting is perfect. Something is clearly lighting the front of the house, but it looks like it's dark outside. I'll be curious to read about this one.
