 Here is another postcard image of my special pelican, who I have called Percy, as we see him plenty of times, swimming in the passage at Bullcock beach......

This was taken just on dusk, with the remains of a pink/mauve sunset in the background for back lighting.

He is very friendly, and comes right up to you, and one can almost touch him some days.

Beautiful bird and great detail in his face Shez. He looks comical in some way. I'm thinking it might have to do with eyes and BIG smile.

You're the only person I know who has their own special pelican. Those colors go perfectly together and I like that bit of movement suggested by the water.

He is a gorgeous bird. Looks as though he's posing for you, too. Great light on him - I like the way it gives him a nice glow.
